综合生物医学影像平台


搭建包括各类影像设备和医学软件的医疗平台。该平台的搭建除了用于医学检测,也为脑数据平台的发展起到重要的推动作用,并且依托脑数据平台搭建脑模拟平台,后者的发展必然也会为反推脑科学基础理论起到启示作用。同时,在脑数据平台的建设中,广泛布局的医疗设备如影像仪器,以及将人性化的拓展体检中心、家庭和个人手机客户端引入商业模式,纳入相关医保支付范畴,打造具有核心自主知识产权的“互联网+智能医疗健康”产业。利用脑模拟对具有损伤性的诊疗方式进行预判,从而构建脑模拟与重大脑疾病远程智能诊疗相结合的智慧医疗平台。

主要研究方向为生物医学影像技术研发和应用,技术研发内容包含磁共振脑結構及功能成像、神经影像、波谱技术、医学图像重建和后处理等,在量化大脑体积、建立神经纤维、发展磁共振功能性影像技术提升信噪比、信号撷取相关课题发表一系列磁共振影像技术标准化论文;磁共振技术的应用内容包含语言理解、注意和视知觉等脑认知功能的fMRI研究、神经结构影像验证假体与动物模型、大脑生命周期及老龄化结构及功能连结、脑疾病如抑郁症、精神分裂症、阿兹海默症等相关研究。

对外合作


我们与华山医院精神科以及上海精神卫生中心已建立了长期且深入的合作关系,在脑影像采集的项目已启动多年,特别是上海精神卫生中心对于老龄化问题开展了长期的研究,积累了大量的研究资料,也在积极筹划采集影像、基因、行为等多尺度老龄化数据。本研究院胡小平教授在脑成像机制的研究成果是目前脑成像领域的生理基础,也为复旦今后开发新的脑成像方法做好了充分的准备。他同时也是是高场磁共振成像的先驱者,在高场上的工作为目前高场磁共振成像,尤其是脑成像,已为脑科学研究奠定了基础。此外,胡教授的小组在分子影像的成果,包括开发了磁共振成像的报告基因与纳米磁颗粒的定量成像,以及波谱成像在脑肿瘤药物治疗的评估和跟踪。在弥散成像方面,本研究院林庆波教授在复杂弥散磁振影像的验证和临床医学应用皆已有许多卓越的研究发表,做出特独的成绩。
