  • 简要介绍:Dr Chen graduated from Fudan university with a Ph.D. in bioinformatics, and did her postdoctoral research in University of California, Berkeley. Dr Chen joined ISTBI Fudan in Janurary, 2019. Dr Chen mainly studies the roles of the noncoding genome in neurological and psychiatric diseases, by integrating multi-omics data and designing new analyzing pipelines and tools. Dr Chen is also interested in the genome interpretation and clinical diagnosis of rare brain-related diseases, by identifying novel disease-causing noncoding SNPs and structural variants through whole-genome sequencing.
