简介：在封闭的空间内提供交互式触屏界面，通过可编程的程序设定实验的声光刺激以及强化学习的条件。自由活动的动物通过自发探索，学习并建立目标行为。广泛应用于学习记忆、药物成瘾和阿尔兹海默症、精神分裂症等精神关联疾病的研究。

As a classic tool in cognitive testing and therapeutic screening, Touch screen chamber (or Skinner box) consists of an enclosed space with interactive interfaces allowing free moving mice to respond and execute decisions upon multisensory stimulation. Programmable cues can be delivered by means of visual, audio and tactile stimuli, while reward and penalty are regulated through food dispensers.

The Touch screen chamber has been widely used in the research of learning, addiction and mental disorders including schizophrenia and Alzheimer’s disease. Combined with electrophysiological and optogenetic techniques, it enables researchers to investigate dynamic behavior and the underlying neural mechanism in a causal way.
