简介：激光共聚焦显微镜利用逐点照明和针孔调制来去除样品非焦点平面的信号,可以显著提高样本XYZ轴的光学分辨率，图像对比度以及成像深度。FV3000支持从宏观到微观成像、超分辨率显微观察和定量数据分析等多种成像方式。

Laser confocal scanning microscopy (LCSM), is an advanced optical imaging technique. Using a spatial pinhole to block out-of-focus light to improve optical resolution and image contrast and imaging depth, it enables a wide range of macro-to-micro imaging modalities, from live cell imaging to deep tissue observation.
