  • Brief Introduction:I obtained my PhD (thesis) from Centre for Medical Image Computing, University College London. I am a professor, doctoral supervisor and associate dean at the School of Data Science, Fudan University. I serve as an Executive Director of the MICCAI Society and as an editorial board member for several CAS tier-1 journals, including Medical Image Analysis (MedIA) and IEEE Transactions on Medical Imaging (TMI). I am interested in interdisciplinary subjects from artificial intelligence, statistical learning, medical imaging, computer vision, bio-medical & healthcare engineering, particularly on the topics of Interpretable AI (XAI) for Clinic, Medical Imaging and Medical image analysis. I have proposed a framework featuring multi-factor, multi-source, and multi-task joint modeling and combined optimization, for the intelligent imaging and analysis. Over the past five years, I have published 24 papers as the first or corresponding author in the tier-1 journals ranked by the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), including 7 in IEEE TPAMI. In total, 62 SCI articles have been published, with 5 being among the most cited, most downloaded, or ESI papers. One of my first-authored papers was highly recognized by Nature Reviews Cardiology. Additionally, I hold 18 authorized patents. I have been awarded the Shanghai Oriental Talents Program, the Shanghai Natural Science Award Second Prize (ranked first), and the Best Paper Award from Elsevier and the Medical Image Computing and Computer Assisted Intervention (MICCAI) Society. I have also been consecutively listed in the Stanford-Elsevier World's Top Scientists ranking over the past five years.
