The Institution of Science and Technology for Brain-Inspired Intelligence(ISTBI) bio-imaging platform started construction in September 20, 2016 start. ISTBI’s bio-imaging platform is a research, teaching and clinical platform. The director of the platform is Professor Xiaoping Hu. He is a leading expert is this area. The research team include a number of international well-known scientists from renowned international universities and research institutions.

ISTBI biological imaging platform will be based on their own research on the establishment of multidisciplinary, global research, teaching and clinical services. Its establishment will facilitate and expand the development of Fudan University’s biomedical engineering, biology, psychology, applied mathematics, electronics, and information science.

ISTBI’s biological imaging platform cooperate with the University of Cambridge, the Warwick University, as well as other internationally renowned medical equipment suppliers to establish a strategic cooperative relation. Biomedical imaging experimental platform system will introduce two of the world’s most advanced magnetic resonance system, on this basis it will also develop supporting imaging technology, hardware and software development platform, image data processing tools and clinical image processing software. This will open up the academic and Industry links.
