  • Brief Introduction:Dr. Yuwei JIANG is a Principle Investigator/Associate Professor at Institute of Science and Technology for Brain-Inspired Intelligence of Fudan University. She received her Ph.D. degree from East China Normal University, and in the meantime, she was trained as a joint training Ph.D. in Columbia University and New York State Psychiatric Institute. From 2016 to 2022, Dr. Jiang worked as an assistant professor and associate professor in Center for Excellence in Brain Science and Intelligence Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Her researches focus on using MRI, MEG, EEG, ECoG and machine learning to investigate neural mechanisms of cognitive neuroscience from large-scale brain networks, e.g., language, sequence learning and consciousness, in adults, infants and marmosets, and to explore the brain processing of hierarchical perceptual information at both high-dimensional temporal and spatial scales. Bring together a broad range of neuroimaging techniques, she also seeks to understand the correlation between structural abnormalities and functional dysfunction in brain, e.g., brain development, brain injury and psychiatric disorder. She has published multiple articles in journals such as Nature Neuroscience、eLife、Computerized Medical Imaging and Graphics, etc, and 1 patent. She obtained grants from the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Youth Innovation Promotion Association Chinese Academy of Sciences.
