  • Brief Introduction:Jia Fumin is a young associate researcher at the Institute of Brain Intelligence Science and Technology, Fudan University. In 2017, he received his Ph.D degree from the National Engineering Laboratory of Neuromodulation of Tsinghua University, and continued his postdoctoral research in the laboratory from 2017 to 2020. The main research direction is deep brain stimulation, variable frequency stimulation mechanism and the effect on movement disorders such as freezing of gait in Parkinson's disease. Presided over the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Beijing Science and Technology Support Project. As the first author, he published 10 SCI papers, 17 domestic and foreign invention patents, including 3 US invention patents. As one of the core team members of the "Key Technology, System and Clinical Application of Brain Pacemaker" project, he won the first prize of Beijing Science and Technology Progress Award in 2015 and the first prize of Huang Jiasi Biomedical Engineering Award of Chinese Society of Biomedical Engineering in 2015. The first prize of the 2018 National Science and Technology Progress Award.
