简介:通过270度环绕的显示系统配合任意方向自由运动的气浮装置,给小鼠提供一个完全可控的虚拟实验环境,可结合双光子显微镜或植入电极记录清醒状态下小鼠的神经元活动,广泛用于导航、认知、学习和记忆的相关研究。


The patch-clamp is a versatile electrophysiological tool to record ion currents through whole-cell or patch and study ion channels from cultured single-cell or tissue section. The technique is widely used to study excitable cells, including neurons, cardiomyocytes and muscle fibers, in physiological and pharmacological research. It is used for the study of synaptic plasticity, neuronal synaptic transmission, characterization and dynamics of ion channels on cell membrane, cell secretion, and cell signal transduction.

保证动物自由运动,提供实时二维坐标;

3、触觉刺激系统:

模拟现实中的碰壁场景;

4、伸缩装置:

位于正前方配合air puff可提供惩罚刺激;配合舔舐传感器可提供液体奖励/惩罚。
